Best/easiest band instrument to start learning at 14?

I play piano and am looking for a brass/woodwind instrument to start learning because I want to join the band :)

Which do you reckon is the easiest instrument to learn? (Not to a high/pro level but just say AMEB grade 4 or 5 level?) What should I take?

as a music teacher myself i know that no instruments are 'EASY'
